Recently we’ve been working alongside a publisher and the Red House Cone in Stourbridge near Birmingham.
This glass vase from Stuarts, designed by Eric Ravilious, held at Red House Glass Cone, Stourbridge has been photographed for a book about a London gallery from the 1930’s.
The shoot: A little cleanup and placing on a nice old wooden barrel really helped this glass vase stand out. Photographing glass can be tricky due to reflections so we chose the best angle and ensured the lighting was spot on. We wanted as little distraction in the background and the main focus to be the details in this beautiful glass.
A big thank you to the staff at the Red House Glass Cone in Stourbridge, one of 4 remaining buildings of its kind.
